It is controlled by Eurizon Capital SGR and is owned by Intesa Sanpaolo Vita, BancoPosta Fondi SGR, and PosteVita. Eurizon Capital Real Asset SGR aims to be a distinctive center of expertise in alternative investments and private markets. Eurizon Capital Real Asset SGR is involved in the establishment and management of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) for institutional investors, family offices, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). It oversees the selection of multi-manager AIFs, equity co-investments, private debt investments, mainly through ECRA Private Debt Fund, and direct equity investments. It also offers individual portfolio management services to institutional investors through the delegated management of Italian and foreign AIFs. Silvana Chilelli leads Eurizon Capital Real Asset SGR.
